When we ran into bureaucracy verifying our RE tax payment, which had been affected by post office delays, it was just dealt with. James took everything into stride, took my calls late into the evening, and didn't allow anything to disrupt things. No organization is perfect, and there were inevitably glitches in the process that James couldn't control. But everything important got done smoothly, we had a banker that felt like an ally, and the transaction closed like clockwork. This was our second mortgage transaction with Rocket Mortgage.
