Very pleasant individual to deal with very courtesy and super helpful. Always did his best to see that your questions were always answered. Would call at your convince no matter what time. Customers needs were always put first. Would recommend to anyone I meet to use him as a contact. Great person to deal with really enjoyed talking with him as he knew how to put you a ease.

Sorry for the late review. I applied to eight different banks for a refinance, and only one person stood out amongst the lot, it was James. He was amazing throughout the whole process. The refinance gave me a second chance in life. I have no more credit card debt and I am now free from the shackles that I carelessly placed myself in.
