I have to admit that I was somewhat leery of trying your agency due to the negative stuff I had read on the internet. I am thankful for your persistency - you gave me the history of the agency, facts, and other very pertinent information. You were also patient in allowing me the time I had asked for to talk to others. In doing that I was able to speak to someone that I personally know who had their home refinanced with Rocket Mortgage and gave Q.L high marks...And most importantly you were a man of your word... when you said you were going to call you did. I felt you were concern about me as an individual and a homeowner, and not just concerned with capturing another sale. You and Mr. Shappee both were very professional with everything and I am very satisfied....
