At first I was very skeptical of the entire process and what I've read online thinking it was "too good to be true", but JD's approach, demeanor and professionalism, allowed me to loosen up a bit and we got to know each other. I got to explaining the difficult situations we've been in and he didn't just listen, he did something about it by getting me...If I could give 6 stars I would! JD is amazing!
