Excellent service from start to finish. I had contacted Jeff a year plus before I actually pulled the trigger on the refinance just to get numbers and after I decided to wait he was perfectly fine with holding onto my file for when I was ready. When I was ready it picked up as if no time had passed. Through the process I only had one issue with a separate department and Jeff solved the problem ...Excellent service from start to finish.
