I called in to inquire about a letter I received about refinancing not intending to do so at the time. Just looking for information on rates and things of that nature. Jeff answered all my questions completely. I found him to be very knowlegable and enjoyed working with him. After getting all the info I requested, I thought to myself why not just go for it. There was no pressure from Jeff to do anything which I appreciated. It was my decision based on information he provided. Well from that point on the process was very smooth and fast.
