Jeff was an outstanding customer service rep, keeping me informed about how my loan was going, and closing in record speed! The only thing stopping this from being a 5+ star review, is that a yet to be answered question after the closing. He left me one message, but not until a couple of calls later later, and no response since. Otherwise, a very pleasant experience.
