As a mortgage holders with Rocket for over 5 years, my wife and I felt positive about our decision to seek a Home equity loan from Rocket as well. The process seem to drag on and some of the tasks asked of us ddi not seem to appreciate the flawless 5 year relationship we had developed with Rocket. It wasn't until Jennifer began to assist us with the process, that what was going to be a situation where we were preparing to withdraw our loan and seek assistance elsewhere. Once she took over, we finally felt someone understood our request and did their best to ensure the loan proceed in a timely manner.
