I was mostly impressed with and how quick the settlement date was scheduled.
It was delayed because we had a hurricane/storm here in Hawaii but Jerome explained why it be delayed.
I was not expecting the touching email he sent me when we had the calamity.
I graciously thank him for the assistance and the best rate in the area.
I am very satisfied with the outcome and would definitely ask for him again should my family buy a house in the near future.
