I had no problems with Jessica. She was conscientious, very responsive and helpful throughout the process. However, I can't say the same about Rocket Mortage. Long after I'd received an interest rate lock, I found out that a lock from Rocket is NOT truly a lock. At the 11th hour, when it was really too late to switch lenders, they issued a new lock, raising my interest rate by more than a half ...I had no problems with Jessica. She was conscientious, very responsive and helpful throughout the process. However, I can't say the same about Rocket Mortage. Long after I'd received an interest rate lock, I found out that a lock from Rocket is NOT truly a lock. At the 11th hour, when it was really too late to switch lenders, they issued a new lock, raising my interest rate by more than a half percent! They are making a few extra bucks off me this time, but it will cost them all future loans from me and my family and friends that I have warned. I see my husband and I both are writing a review about Jessica Côte. She must be that good because my husband never gives reviews. With that being said….I would highly recommend using Jessica for your Home Finance/Re-Financing needs. She really spent a lot of time with us and when it came down to it she had only our best interest in mind!!! My husband and I never felt in anyway judged by ...I see my husband and I both are writing a review about Jessica Côte. She must be that good because my husband never gives reviews. With that being said….I would highly recommend using Jessica for your Home Finance/Re-Financing needs. Jessica always called when she said she would and if for some reason she had to cancel or reschedule she always gave advance notice. With Jessica’s talents and large network she was able to make everything seem effortless from start to finish❤️🙏
