I was referred to Rocket Mortgage by a family member who had a wonderful experience with them. I decided to try them out and what a surprise I got. Jill Patel was my mortgage banker and I will never again use anyone but her. Jill is so pleasant to work with and incredibly knowledgeable. She was able to combine my equity loan that had a variable rate into my mortgage payment at a fixed rate ...I was referred to Rocket Mortgage by a family member who had a wonderful experience with them. I decided to try them out and what a surprise I got. Jill Patel was my mortgage banker and I will never again use anyone but her. Jill is so pleasant to work with and incredibly knowledgeable. She was able to combine my equity loan that had a variable rate into my mortgage payment at a fixed rate without increasing my monthly payment by a penny due to lowering my interest rate. In addition, she managed to help me pay off all my credit card debt and was able to save me over $800. every month. As a retiree, that is so important. I will never again use a local bank. Rocket Mortgage deserves it's name. This process is so quick and easy. Everything is on line and you are guided every step of the way. Jill returns all phone calls very quickly and has never gotten frustrated with my barrage of questions, sometimes the same ones over and over until I understood completely.
