On the phone with Jill she isn't about the hard sell and she puts you at ease with her pleasant nature. She was very patient with me and my numerous questions, taking time to explain EVERYTHING to my satisfaction, even the number parts which she meticulously explained with comparisons when needed so I could comprehend it. Jill never makes you feel rushed. I felt like I had all the time in the world while I was on the phone with her. She is also there for you after that initial phone call is over. For example, there was a hiccup with the appraisal of my property. I emailed Jill about it and within 60 minutes I had a reply from her explaining the issue to me. She also keeps in contact with you throughout the loan process, just to "check in". I have used Rocket Mortgage's Jill Patel for at least 3 refinances and had never experienced such an easy, efficient process. I was nervous the first time since it was entirely online but have never had an issue. Not only have I used Rocket Mortgage but several other family members have used them and Jill as well.
