She responded by email, phone and texts. Yes, text messaging! I was amazed at the immediate follow up, no matter the time of day or EVENING! Owning several homes over the years and working with multiple local banks, I can not tell you how easy this process was. I created my login and signed EVERYTHING through my cell phone. How easy is that? I was able to upload everything online without having to scan, fax or mail anything! At closing, a lawyer will even come to you to sign the closing documents. All through the process, I kept thinking "This is way too easy." and "I cant believe how quick this has been." Thank you!!
