Jim was the best. After my experience with Wells Fargo trying to meet all of the ever escalating document requirements and poor communication it was so refreshing to work with Jim at Rocket. He never failed to get back to me, explained all of the documents I needed to provide and provided clear answers to all of my questions along the way. Jim doesn't get this review. The AI associated with Rocket Mortgage does. There are way too many unnecessary emails. They were an annoyance and were not helpful. I also made to assumption that Rocket Mortgage would actually check how much we owed in credit card debt before suggesting a loan amount. We ended up having very little cash out as expected.
