Helpful when available but apparently he’s very busy because his schedule was always full. He was slow to respond to email questions and returning phone calls. Second time dealing with Rocket Mortgage and everyone else was super attentive.

I’m sometimes difficult to get ahold of because of my work. The three hour time difference didn’t help either. Jimmy still took care of my refi in a timely fashion and even got it closed earlier than he originally estimated. Thanx again Jimmy!

Jimmy was very helpful. I would recommend him highly. He was there every step of the way. Always in contact asking me if there was anything he could do for me. Always quick with a response. If he didn't know or wasn't sure , he would find out and let me know right away.
