I was fearful at first about attempting to prequalify knowing my credit history included a bankruptcy. When I applied I explained all of this to Jimmy and he guided me along the way. Surprisingly, my credit history was just that, history. I had maintained a decent rapport with my creditors and proceeded with Jimmy to get approved to by my home.
