Joe was very diligent thru-out the loan process. My biggest gripe with Rocket Mortgage all three times we have used your mortgage services, is that you get too many people involved. There is repeated hand-offs every time you move from one section to another. I appreciate that your technique is much cleaner for you with narrow specialization amongst your staff-thraing, fungability,etc. but lousy ...Joe was very diligent thru-out the loan process. Joe, better than ever before, tried his best to give us 'one face' to deal with, and despite your system did a pretty good job of bridging the hand-offs for us. Very much appreciated, as I know it was not easy for him to do.
