I had no idea these actions to improve her credit score were possible and that it could save us a significant amount of money, but Joe's deep knowledge helped him to identify an opportunity to benefit us big-time. Since this type of customer commitment is very hard to find in current times, Joe and Rocket Mortgage has earned our respect and all future mortgage business.

I also have to mention that although I can be easily irritated, Joe helped me meet deadlines and to follow up with the documentation submitting process without nagging or getting on my nerves. He has a unique perfect mix of friendliness and professionalism. His commitment, communication, and follow through are of the best that I have experienced.
