I can't say enough how impressed I am with the refinance process I went through with Rocket Mortgage. I have purchased many homes through the years, and refinanced many of the loans in the past. This by far was the most efficient, smooth, and even simple refinance I have ever experienced. Why anyone would even consider another mortgage company than Rocket Mortgage would be baffling. I am very happy that I called Joe with Rocket Mortgage. I was looking to refinance and had already got a quote from my current mortgage lender and was ready to go with them. I decided to call Rocket Mortgage just for a second opinion. I was on my out the door as I was calling and Joe got me a quote within minutes. And he beat my current mortgage holder!! Well that was a no brainier! But it gets ...I am very happy that I called Joe with Rocket Mortgage. I even loved that they had the date already filled in on the documents for my closing. And I especially liked my copy of the closing documents. It was all in a binder form (no loose documents!) and color coordinated. How simple is that. I have already referred Joe to my coworkers and family and will definitely keep his number handy.
