My wife and I were truly pleased with the wonderful service we received from John Taft. From our first phone contact to the day of closing John was available to answer each and every question. Even with the time difference from east to west, we never had to wait more than a day for a return call. Even with the time difference from east to west, we never had to wait more than a day for a return call. After reviewing our home insurance John suggested that we look around for a new insurance company as the premium seemed especially high to him. We did exactly that and after researching a few companies we now enjoy better coverage and a premium of half the amount we were previously paying. Our closing took place at our kitchen table only 10 days after filing our application and lasted 30 minutes. Amazing!
