From the beginning, he let us know he would be available to answer any questions that might arise as we moved toward to closing. Even though we used Rocket Mortgage in the past, Jon reviewed the Rocket Mortgage process so we understood how Rocket Mortgage works, and after signing our documents and our final closing of the loan, he called to ask how the process went, and if we were satisfied with our experience.
