Jorge was amazing. From start to finish it took about 3 weeks to refinance my rental condo. That was fast service. Jorge was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was very attentive and easy to contact when I had questions. I only had to submit my documents one time, which is a big deal. I had other experiences with ANOTHER company, where I had to submit lost documents over and over but not with ...Jorge was amazing. At first, as natural instincts may suggest, I thought this was just good salesmanship. But very quickly I came to learn that Jorge had a real-life interest in helping me. We discussed a variety of options, and he knew that I didn't have to do anything, with 3 years left on a very good rate.
