My second home equity line of credit was due to increase from a monthly payment of $100 to over $400! So I was in the market for a refinance to combine my first and second mortgage. Unfortunately, I had been turned down by three banks because of an income issue and was feeling defeated. When Jose called, I didn't think he was going to be able to help me...but I'm happy to report that not only did ...My second home equity line of credit was due to increase from a monthly payment of $100 to over $400! When Jose called, I didn't think he was going to be able to help me...but I'm happy to report that not only did Jose find the right loan program for me, but he also beat all the big bank offers I got denied for. You can tell right from the start that Jose is a seasoned pro. He takes his time to explain everything in detail and walks you through the whole process. He's quick to reply to emails and texts and he's knowledgable. I felt comfortable working with Jose and feel he is trustworthy. His team is organized and efficient. The whole process took 26 days when it was estimated to take over 40 days. I never felt like I was lost or left in the dark about something. I'd get periodic calls just to see if I had any questions and to update me about the loan process.
