I feel Joseph did an excellent job handling our loan. He was very knowledgeable, knew what to do with our finances on how to get our debt income ratio level too the right level, allowing us to make a loan. He gave us so much of his time on the first phone conversation to cover all of the necessary things that actually made the loan process complete. He was in no hurry to get to the next customer, ...I feel Joseph did an excellent job handling our loan. Not like the other loan company that didn't know what to do, did not know VA requirements for a loan, that just wasted 4 months of our time and asked us for info that we had to buy and spend hundreds of dollars on for things that my husband discovered were not usable any way for VA loans. Then we had to start the loan process over again.
Joseph would follow up on things so we were always aware of what point the loan was at and what was going to happen next. He calculated figures about pay offs and how we could pay this off early and be debt free in so many years. He was always so pleasant to talk with and gave us confidence in Rocket Mortgage, that we had the right loan company.
Definitely recommend Joseph for a loan officer. Vey warm personality and makes you feel he really is taking care of you.
