Joseph is courteous, knowledgeable, and warm and friendly. It was a pleasure working with him, even though it was rather quick. That's how expeditious he is! There were several routes we could have taken but he moved the way I preferred to go and didn't try to talk me into something else. If there's one thing I cannot stand its a pushy salesman- Joseph does not fit that title!

He also explain to me that the other bank had taken unfair advantage of me. He said that was not a good thing for anyone to have done and he immediately started acting up on what he felt was best for me. He got in touch with all the other people that needed to help me with my next loan and they immediately contacting me. They were they were very equipped with everything that I needed to have and they made sure that I knew exactly what needed to be sent to them and I did so immediately. Within 30 days I was completely finished with my loan they had combined my actual mortgage with my equity loan and even at a lower percentage. He was also there with me through everything I had this number and all I had to do was call him. However there was never any reason to call him because he had given me the right people to contact and to get my information going. I'm very respectful of this quick and Loan I'm very surprised at how well and how easy it was done. The whole process was very quick,and very precise, i would recommend the whole process to anyone.
