We started the process of refinancing our home on 11/17 and will be closing tomorrow (12/5). Joseph has been incredible to work with. He took the time to understand our needs and drivers and worked incredibly hard to give us everything that we needed.

He helped us through every step, he was considerate of my work schedule and the holidays, while still ensuring we completed the so quickly....and ...We started the process of refinancing our home on 11/17 and will be closing tomorrow (12/5). Joseph has been incredible to work with. He took the time to understand our needs and drivers and worked incredibly hard to give us everything that we needed.

He helped us through every step, he was considerate of my work schedule and the holidays, while still ensuring we completed the so quickly....and this included having an appraisal performed on the house. He was knowledgeable, provided us with numerous options, explained the pros and cons of each and allowed us the time to make the decision that worked for us. He was never pushy, never tried to up sell, just honest and helpful.

We could not have asked for more. It was a complete pleasure and we would highly recommend him to anyone.
