When I first contacted Rocket Mortgage I received a call back from a lady that was extremely "to the point". I felt that she didn't care about Me! So I told her I changed my mind. A day or so later Joe called. Everything changed. He was very professional, but at the same time, he made me feel that he was looking out for my benefits. I was so relieved. I was so relieved. Everything that happened after that was like smooth sailing. He tried all kinds of ways to get what was best for me before he found the right solution. One, I will say, I would not have chosen, without his guidance. After he explained a few things I realized he was right and went forward with the refinance. I have never had anything go so smoothly. He has contacted me since, just to let me know he is still there for me if I need him.
Personally, I do not feel 5 is a good enough rating!
