My experience with Rocket Mortgage has been positive except I still do not know and can't seem to find out is how much in dollars and cents on my closing costs can I use for a tax deduction. Joseph helped me when Others made it sound like I could not get a better interest rate ...or had enough equity in my house to refinance at a better rate. Turned out I had 3o,ooo equity since purchase price 3 yrs prior and all paperwork was done online and on phone with final paperwork brought to my home.
Additionally Rocket Mortgage has an excellent rating if you look them up.
