This is my second experience with Rocket Mortgage and Joshua has been the nicest most patient and personable caring person. Before I felt pressured and obligated for starting the process and even after I just gave in and submitted but didn’t feel satisfied. Josh is amazing and I only found the email regarding this review when I was looking for covid-19 info. I left him a voicemail and he immediately called me back just another example of how amazing he is!! He really cares long after he had to in. This case 2 months later.
