Overall, I had a great experience. First time buyer.

1) Best loan. On the first quote, Percent and fees were easily the lowest. I had the opportunity to quote a few groups (and even requote!). Julian's group was the first to ensure that all of the bloated costs were removed or at the lowest.

2) He had a team that could tackle problems for me. I had a lot of weird circumstances (8 months ...Overall, I had a great experience. First time buyer.

4) He sold me on Rocket Mortgage. I didn't want to be surprised by who my loan will be sold to.
