Kazi was excellent during the sales process but seemed to lose interest after we signed all the paperwork indicating our intent to move forward with the loan, making for a more drawn out closing process than was initially promised to us.

This woman was very patient with me, I answered the phone and was kind of rude because of all the phone calls I was getting from other loan companies. She was very respectful and knowledgeable about helping me get into a better financial situation without feeling like I'm drowning in debt because of life situations that happen.
