So that is how our conversation started. However after he asked a few questions and gave me some different scenarios I realized I was dealing with someone who understood and wanted to help. The biggest surprise came when only after a week he called with an amazing solution and I think I made him a little nervous when I couldn't talk. I was so overwhelmed and unsure that what he said could really be done for me. Yet he made it sound so simple and that this is what he does to help people.
