I recently closed a home refinance loan with Rocket Mortgage, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Kim Williams, my loan officer, was absolutely outstanding. The entire process was smooth, personal, and efficient from start to finish. Kim was always available to answer any questions I had, and she took the time to truly understand my individual situation. I felt genuinely valued, heard, and cared for throughout the process. Her professionalism and dedication made all the difference.
