As a first time home buyer, it was exciting and challenging especially the unknowns. I was lucky that Kory Nicholoff handled my loan. He patiently explains every steps of the process. He was very knowledgeable and attentive too. I would highly recommend Kory!
I have worked with Kory twice so far. The last two home purchases I interviewed several potential lenders. Rocket Mortgage (specifically Kory) was upfront and honest and responded to all questions in a timely manner resulting in my choosing Rocket Mortgage to be my lender.
In both cases throughout the approval process and up to closing, Kory always responded to every question I had within a few ...I have worked with Kory twice so far. If I could give Kory 10 stars I would. This was the best home buying experience I have had Kory made the whole process easy and enjoyable. I am located in Az with a 3 hour time difference, however Kory was always available to answer questions and help me work through any issues. I can't thank Kory and the Rocket Mortgage team.
