While my experience with Kris was ok I feel he handed my file on to the next person without answering some important questions I never got answers to because it was left up to me to find out. I feel he should have had a little more knowledge about refinancing

Kris did a very good job of moving the process along. Closing was fast and easy. Make sure you are sure of the closing cost as it seemed to me that it changed along the way. It seemed higher than what I thought it was going to be. It may have been my misconception. Otherwise it was a great process.
