I would actually give a "6" as this was the best refi I have experienced after a few over a few decades. Kunal and his whole team were incredibly responsive to emails, phone calls, and answered all questions "dumb" to excellent to reduce any anxiety I might have about the complexity of the process. His advice and ideas made this transaction and my life incredibly easy now as I proceed with my own important work service oriented and team building relationships in corporate settings as an Executive coach.
