Prompt follow-up in locking in the rate we wanted was a priority for us for which he never kept us waiting and returned our phone calls expeditiously. Our whole experience from beginning contact to closing (and afterwards) was so "first-class" I still remain amazed that the process went so smoothly. Kunal and everyone at Rocket Mortgage were prompt, knowledgeable, and courteous throughout the whole process. How easy it is to go through the process does depend on your situation. If you are refinancing and got ahead of your debt, then it's fairly easy. Everything was done on time and the closing was simple and of little time.
