Kyle was awesome. He really took charge without making me feel bulldozed through a process I was a pretty scared of. I am a little old school, and doing something involving thousands of dollars without any face time was a bit terrifying to me.
I had contacted my own bank first and they sent me a huge packet of papers and a list of additional items I was going need. I had absolutely no idea a ...Kyle was awesome. By the end of my first conversation with Kyle, he had literally done it all for me. There were other documents they needed along the way, but Kyle along with the team He passed me off to for the next steps would call with exactly what they needed from me or they would fill out and email me documents just needling my signature.
Fast, efficient, friendly, understanding, patient. Kyle was the beginning of a really great experience.
