We'd work with Kyle and Rocket Mortgage again any time and have NO issues referring him to anyone. We were able to follow the loan progress online any time we wanted and connect with him and his team anytime with questions through our secure portal on Rocket Mortgage. It was such a seamless process that you almost wondered if it was really that easy - but I can assure you it was! The bonus was that we didn't even have to start over with a 30 yr loan...he suggested a 20 yr mortgage which is exactly where were with our original timeline! Overall, our out of pocket savings PER month after this refi is well over $1200 which wasn't something we anticipated. - but we couldn't be happier!
