Our refinance had to be the easiest transaction we have ever done. Our call was answered by Kyle and within about a 1/2 an hour everything was signed and submitted! Then we were called a week later and told everything was approved and ready to close! Went so fast it was almost scary. ha ha Kyle and his team were so nice to work with. When I called Rocket Mortgage I was apprehensive about them being able to help. I spoke with Kyle who was courteous and professional and did not give me false hope. He answered all of my questions with honesty and integrity. 3 Weeks later we were able to close our loan. Kyle went overboard trying to work with us...Ouick loans had a policy that we just couldn't meet..it would have cost us so much money we would need another loan..Kyle listen to our explanation and took it to the higher-up...they also understood and after reviewing , granted us our loan....
