Absolutely flawless process and Kyle was a big part of making that happen. Great communications, I got all of my questions answered in a timely manner through all phases of our refinance. Everything was completed on time or early.

I expected much better service from Rocket Mortgage and Kyle during our refinance. I had to handle much of the work myself, even though they made over $12,000 from the process. To make matters worse, they didn’t pay our creditors directly and instead sent us checks that will result in overpayments on our balances. I don’t understand why they didn’t just provide us with the funds to manage the ...I expected much better service from Rocket Mortgage and Kyle during our refinance.
