I was shocked and amazed at the speed and quality around securing our refinance. My first mortgage took over seven months to secure and we almost lost the house because it took so long. I wanted to refinance because we had enough equity in the house to drop the PMI, however when I contacted my mortgage holder the sent a standard reply of 'don't contact us until it has been at least 10 years.'
