I wanted to refinance a mortgage to lock in a rate and be rid of the variable I had. Somehow, I ended up with Rocket Mortgage (Rocket Mortgage). And lucky for me, Lisa James was my account rep. I still can't believe I did a refinance on line, not alone in 8 days! I don't know if I would have stuck with Rocket Mortgage if it wasn't for Lisa.....I'm always suspect of anything on line! We decided to do this over the holidays, very hectic time of year for everyone, but she managed to get all our information and get us locked in, got our house inspection set up with a very lovely lady and we were all done with that type of stuff before Christmas.
Very little effort on our part.
