I wanted to refinance a mortgage to lock in a rate and be rid of the variable I had. Somehow, I ended up with Rocket Mortgage (Rocket Mortgage). And lucky for me, Lisa James was my account rep. I still can't believe I did a refinance on line, not alone in 8 days! I don't know if I would have stuck with Rocket Mortgage if it wasn't for Lisa.....I'm always suspect of anything on line!
