I have deal with several Mortgage Bankers in my day, but honestly I have never had the help and service as I had from Lisa James this time. She is really on top of her game. She called when she said she would call , she notified me 2 or 3 times every week as to the progress of my loan. It was so easy, simply because she know what she is doing and she wants to help people. I have never had the pleasure of meeting Lisa in person , but she was a true professional that makes you feel like you were dealing with and "old friend". If I had my way I would give her 5000 stars instead of 5, but 5 is all I am allowed here. If you are reading this and are in the need of a mortgage, call and ask for Lisa James you will not find someone that will help you and work with you and above all someone that really cares about your needs the way she does.
