Lisa James was amazing. She was extremely helpful throughout the entire process of my loan. She often worked outside of her normal office hours to make sure all of my documents were completed and uploaded in a timely fashion.

I worked with Lisa to obtain a home equity loan. I had no knowledge of the process and had many questions. Lisa addressed all questions and provided additional information for my decision making. Lisa’s communication, knowledge and follow through was excellent. I would be very happy to work with Lisa again.
