Lisa helped my wife and I with a recent re-finance. I've owned 3 properties and done multiple re-finances over the years. I've NEVER seen one go so smoothly and quickly. This is an overused phrase -- but it really did "seem too good to be true." Lisa was responsive (even over weekends) and helpful. I think we had one small hiccup and she solved it quickly.
