Five stars plus five for Lisa James at Rocket Mortgage. What a great experience. The days of dealing with pushy mortgage brokers from other banks is over. I normally do not have the time nor desire to rate customer satisfaction, however I felt Lisa's work ethic deserved it. The documents I uploaded were almost immediately acknowledged and acted upon.
