It was a great experience. My refinance didn't take very long and they were able to get everything except the final signing electronically. I didn't need to leave my house to complete my refinance and they worked with my hours. This was much better than the bank where I had to go to then and their loan officer.

We closed today & the whole process was going well until deciding when closing would be. My title company called me & said certain documents weren't being sent to them. We had to push back closing from 8/29 until 8/30..... The Rocket Mortgage office thought closing would be on 9/5.
