After contacting Lisa, we were amazed at how fast she worked in getting us out of a lending situation gone sour...
In the middle of an FHA loan negotiation we decided to switch to Rocket Mortgage as our lender of choice.
It was a nail-biter, however, both Lisa and her team worked hard to seat us into a solid and sound loan, while tending to the time sensitive issues with our FHA loan.
Lisa was referred to us by my father, who is a second generation small business owner; blue-collar, frugal and understands customer service explicitly
The loan offer by Rocket Mortgage, through Lisa and her supervisor, came fixed and locked in; that stuff which trust and piece of mind are firmly built upon.
As I wrap this review up, one very important details which I'd like to share concerns our letter of approval.
Understanding how risky it is to switch lenders in the middle of a home purchase, we found ourselves approved in about a day with Rocket Mortgage.
...imagine our relief!
Having been made to feel under qualified, and yet over the top LUCKY, by our previous lender, the difference in lending strategy was apparent once we saw the light bulb finally flicker on.
Before contacting Lisa, we'd come feel rather bludgeoned; taken even.
Rocket Mortgage closing estimate was around 10k less? Hmmm...
Lisa, with Rocket Mortgage, came across a bit too simple at that time; almost too good to be true.
We'll... we're in our home now, 6 weeks into it and we understand quite well that no one should feel pigeon-holed; not when buying a home.
It's should be a an exciting and liberating experience; that long needed breath of fresh air--
We recieved a great loan; great rate, and an amazing sence of good fortun... LUCK!!!
Not because someone lent us the funds, but because someone took a moment to care enough, and educate us while explaining the process with great transparency...
That's what you call a TRUST BUILDER, and it's something rather rare in today's lending arena
