I hate that I can only give Lisa 5 stars because she undoubtedly deserves an entire galaxy of them. Like so many other people, my family had gotten into debt trying to survive the ups and downs of the last several years, and even though our income was now great and steady, it felt like most of it was drained away with bills. I thought it would be impossible to get a refinance on our home to consolidate our debt, and in fact I had my mortgage holder tell me just that, but somehow Lisa made it work. I submitted my loan application on April 13th and all of our documents by April 20th, and now here it is, only 5 weeks after our initial communication, and we just closed on the refinance that we so desperately wanted to give us some semblance of quality of life again.

Not only is Lisa an absolute miracle worker in that she made a way when everyone else said there wasn't one, but she was so easy to get in touch with, and made sure I always knew that if I had questions, she had answers. When I asked about possibly closing before I left for a work trip, she bent over backwards to make it happen, pushing everyone to expedite paperwork so that I could make my trip. She was prompt and knowledgeable and so, so kind at a time that could have been so stressful and hectic. I don't know if I'll ever need another mortgage or a refinance, but I know that when I do, I'll be going right back to her.
